From Just "Okay" to "Wow!"

A good client of mine who I've worked with a few times before had a ring that she wasn't really wearing anymore.

She loves bright, vibrant colors and owned a blue topaz and gold ring. She loved the stone but never really liked the setting.

It had heart-shaped cutouts and was a little wider than she cared for.

She asked me to recreate a clean, angular design that would coordinate with her other jewelry as well as her contemporary style.

The shank of the ring was redesigned to have a tapered look, so we custom created this wax piece to mold the new setting.

She was involved in the creating of the model, as you can see.

Once she approved the design I had it cast in yellow gold and had the blue topaz gem set.

When I delivered it to her, she said, "Perfection! It's exactly what I wanted!"

It just so happened the day I delivered it to her, she was wearing a bracelet that coordinated perfectly with the ring.
